Rapid result retrieval 

The Spotfire pouch stores all the necessary reagents for sample preparation, reverse transcription-PCR, PCR, and detection in a freeze-dried format. Just inject hydration solution and an unprocessed sample. The Spotfire takes care of the rest.

Spotfire consists of a base station (incorporating Touchscreen interface)and modules (minimum of 1 but can handle up to 4) which can enable running of multiple samples concurrently

Using endpoint melting curve data, the Spotfire software automatically generates a result for each target.
